Moniteau County 911 board meets

The Moniteau County 911 Emergency Dispatch Board met July 11, and approved the June 13 minutes.

The board approved three to attend the Criminal Justice Information Service (CJIS) Training Conference Oct. 21-13. The session is $175 per person. The board authorized $79.31 per room and $25 per person for meals.

The board also approved four dispatchers to attend Missouri Association of Public safety Communications Officials (MOAPCO) Training Symposium Sept. 16-18.

Registration is $99 per person. The board authorized $85 per room and $25 per person for meals.

Administrator Corey Sullivan reported the three Dell Precision T3600 computers and the two Network clocks for the dispatch room have been ordered and should arrive by the end of July. The computer aided dispatch system has been programed to email agency-run reports and network updates.

The addressor has been putting road signs back up. The 48 signs ordered will replace the ones missing or damaged.

According to the treasurer's report, sales tax received was $64,518.44. The MMDA account balance as of July 10 was $229,779.12. The CD balance was about $71,800 as of June 30.

The total payroll was: June 17 - $8,587.44 and July 2 - $8,685.94. Overall payroll taxes were $6,240.44. Total accounts payable approved at the meeting amounted to $12,289.60.

The next monthly meeting is Thursday, Aug. 15, at the 911 Center.
