Jury trial to be set for Travis Smith

In Moniteau County Court on July 17, Travis R. Smith waived formal arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty on several felony sex charges filed in 2012 and 2013.

Judge Kenneth Michael Hayden ordered the case to be set for pre-trial and jury trial.

The California man was arraigned on felony sex charges according to information in Court documents.

The three charges filed include a total of seven counts for incidents alleged to have occurred in 1998, 1999 and 2005.

He is free on a total of $100,000 bond.
