Amy is the daughter of Edward and Janlenna Masterson of Clarksburg, Mo. She is a 2012 graduate of Tipton High School. She was very active in high school, involved in FCLA, FFA and FBLA clubs. She was in choir all 4 years, in drama for 2 years, in ballet and jazz for 4 years, cheerleading for 2 years, 4 years in basetball, volleyball, track and softball teams. Amy was in 3 plays while in drama. She earned the spirit award her freshman year. In cheerleading her sophomore year, she was chosen 1 of 17 flag girls from all over the United States to participate in the half time show at the Capital One Bowl game in Orlando, Florida. Amy also tried out for season 10 of American Idol in Chicago. She hunts and loves to trap with her dad. Amy is entering her 2nd year in college to obtain a degree in graphic design and photography. To her, graphic design is a creative process that reaches into everything we do these days from websites to product packaging and is seen everywhere. Amy says it will be a rewarding and challenging career, and looks forward to working in a position someday that will allow her the opportunity to combine graphic design and her second love of photography together. Amy would like to use her talent to create things for others and help them communicate the message they want to share.
