Moniteau County 911 board meets

The Moniteau County 911 Emergency Dispatch Board met June 13, and approved the May 14 minutes.

The board approved Several purchases: a Logging Recorder from Nelson Systems for $15,645, with the second year maintenance of $3,592.89; three Dell Precision T3600 computers in the amount of $1,001.22 from Dell; and two Network clocks for the dispatch room for $295 each and an updated network switch.

Administrator Corey Sullivan reported a new hire, Ashlie Newcomb, Clarksburg. Sullivan also reported 48 signs have been ordered to replace those missing or damaged.

According to the treasurer's report, sales tax received was $61,049.03. The MMDA account balance as of June 11 was $198,612.25. The CD balance was about $71,800 as of May 31.

The total payroll was: May 20 - $8,535.36 and June 4 - $8,117.50. Overall payroll taxes were $5,770.18. Total accounts payable approved at the meeting amounted to $9,079.71.

The next monthly meeting is Thursday, July 11, at the 911 Center.
