It was announced that the club's MODOT highway cleanup committee had changed the date of the cleanup to March 23 due to the heavy roadside snow. Committee Chairperson Resa Dudley has set the date of April 6 as an alternate date if needed.

The Scholarship Committee is working on guidelines which they will offer for review at the next meeting.

Ramona Hader, chairperson of the fundraising committee, advised the group that she would be selling tables for the Truman Day event which is set for May 4.
