The California Area Chamber of Commerce Easter Egg Hunt was held Saturday, March 16, at Proctor Park, where area youth ages 10 and under had the opportunity to hunt for eggs, win prizes and meet the Easter Bunny.

"It is a bit chilly but we will have a great turn out!" Event Coordinator Bonnie George said as she recalled the past years.

Approximately 200 youth attended the event, which is sponsored by Commerce Bank, California, on behalf of the California Area Chamber of Commerce.

Three eggs in each age category (0-3, 4-6 and 7-10) were grand prize winners. Winners were allowed to choose an Easter basket to take home. The Easter Bunny also passed out candy to the little hunters and posed for photos.
