Sartain pleads guilty

Amanda G. Sartain, Latham, was given probation after entering guilty pleas to several charges during an appearance in Moniteau County Circuit Court before Judge Kenneth Michael Hayden on Monday, April 29.

Sartain entered a guilty plea to each of two separate Class C Felony charges. She was given a seven-year prison sentence for both charges: Possession of Controlled Substance except for 35 grams or less of marijuana, filed in May of 2010; and Second Degree Burglary, filed in November of 2011. She was given suspended execution of sentence on both charges and placed on five years of supervised probation.
