The Finke Theatre is having an open house for the California High School reunion classes on May 25 in downtown California. The theatre will be open for tours from 12 noon until 4 p.m. Anyone in the community is welcome to come by for a tour.
Individuals and classes will have an opportunity to buy chair sponsorships. A plaque on the back of the seat may be inscribed with the donor's name or may be given in honor or memory of a loved one. Seats on the main floor are $150 and $200 each. Balcony seats are $100 each. The Friends of the Finke Theatre is a 501 (c) 3 entity. The total cost of your sponsorship donor will qualify as a charitable contribution.
In order to keep the theatre operational, money is gathered from a number of sources-memberships, show sponsorships, season tickets, and local fundraisers. These efforts may not inspire contributions from those living out of the California area; however, a one-time donation for a chair sponsorship will make a lasting impression and will be a way to contribute to the success of the Finke Theatre.
