Caudel named to the 2013-14 Westminster Blue Jay Men's Basketball Team

Nathanial Caudel, California, has been named to the Westminster Blue Jays' basketball team in Fulton. Caudel, a sophomore at Westminster, is going to be playing as a guard this year.

Prior to coming to Westminster, Caudel attended California High School.

The Westminster Blue Jays are being led this season by Head Coach Matt Mitchell and assisted by Floyd Davis and Andre Williams. Coach Mitchell is entering his 16th year with the Blue Jays.

The Blue Jays ended last season with a 19-7 overall record and a 12-4 record in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC). The Blue Jays tied for second in the SLIAC, sending them to the SLIAC Tournament. Westminster fell short in the first round of the tournament to Eureka College, 72-77.

The Blue Jays begin the 2013-14 season Nov. 15 as they host the Tip Off Tournament. The Blue Jays will face Elmhurst College at 7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 15. They have 10 returning student-athletes.
