The Russellville Middle School girls basketball team recently participated in the conference tournament, where the Lady Indians lost a close contest to Chamois 22-20, followed by another close contest to St. Elizabeth, 26-23.
Brooke Kremer and Madelyn Martin led Russellville against Chamois with eight points each. Lindsey Brandt and Anna Kroestner each scored two points.
Chyan Wilkes led Russellville against St. Elizabeth with eight points. Martin followed with five, while Brandt added four. Kroestner, Taylor Case and Mattie Weber each chipped in with two.
