The California High School speech team competed in its second competition this season at the Stover Invitational Speech Tournament Friday, Nov. 8.
The following are the results:
Alex Davis placed second in radio.
Taylor Werdehausen placed third in poetry, fourth in prose and fifth in extemporaneous speaking.
Taylor Fast placed fifth in prose and with Ashton Brizendine in improvisational duet acting.
Brizendine and Jacob Collier also placed fifth in duet acting.
Taylor Hall placed fith in radio.
Jacob Collier and Abby Haris placed sixth in improvisational duet acting.
Harris also placed sixth in prose and seventh in poetry.
And Trevor Hall finished seventh in original works.
This was the first competition for Trevor Hall and Abby Harris.
