Trial has been set to begin Tuesday, Dec. 3, in Moniteau County Court for Travis R. Smith. The trial is to be held before Judge Kenneth Michael Hayden.
According to information in Court documents, the California man was arraigned on several felony sex charges filed in 2012 and 2013. He entered a plea of not guilty on the charges. The three charges filed include a total of seven counts for incidents alleged to have occurred in 1998, 1999 and 2005.
He is free on a total of $100,000 bond.
