David Campbell, son of Dave and Sheila Campbell, Jamestown, has advanced in rank to second degree black belt. A ceremony was held at Kretoer's TaeKwonDo School, Sedalia, Nov. 14. David received his second degree black belt and bars.

Steve Krehor, owner of the school, presented him with a unique sword from his personal collection.

David has attended the school since October 2004. He appreciates Krehor as well as previous instructors over the years, as well as his parents.

It is a great honor to advance to this degree and it takes a lot of commitment and hard work which David demonstrates.

David plans to continue training and also seeks to be an instructor in the future.

Second degree black belt stands for "Plant Seeds for the Future" as in I am ready to teach and grow my own students.
