California California Police report
Sept. 22—Unlawful entry to a residence by a juvenile was reported on Railroad Avenue.
Sept. 29—Casey's General Store reported a shoplifting. The juvenile was detained and the juvenile authorities were contacted.
Oct. 1—A complaint was received regarding forged checks being passed in the California area.
Oct. 1—Officers were called to investigate a disturbance on Mulberry Street.
Oct. 2—An officer took a complaint concerning threats that were made at a business on West Buchanan Street.
Oct. 3—A juvenile was reported to have run away from a residence on Owen Street. The juvenile was found and returned home.
Oct. 3—An officer responded to an address on Aurora Street to check on a loud noise complaint.
Oct. 5—A domestic assault was reported at a residence on North High Street. A male subject was arrested and taken to jail.
Oct. 5—A complaint for a barking dog was received from an address on Latham Road.
Oct. 7—Used and new grader blades were reported stolen from the Moniteau County road shed on Park Avenue.
The Police Department has found a metal tool box on the roadway. The owner may identify and claim it at the Police Department.
