The Russellville High School volleyball teams played at Linn Oct. 14, where both the varsity and JV suffered a loss to the Lady Wildcats.
Russellville's varsity lost 11-25 and 15-25.
"I was hoping the Lady Indians would continue on with good play from the Versailles Tournament," Russellville Coach Shelly Korte said. "We didn't give Linn a good game."
Russellville's JV also lost, 10-25 and 15-25.
The varsity Lady Indians will play California at 6:15 p.m. Monday in the first round of the Class 2 District 7 Volleyball Tournament at Fatima High School, Westphalia.
