• The Russellville Athletic Booster Club will hold its Blue and White Paddle Party fundraiser Saturday, April 5, at the Cole County R-1 Middle School.

• The California Farmers Market will open 4-8 p.m. Friday, April 25, on Railroad Avenue. The market will continue each Friday evening through October.

• A Fish Fry will be served 4:30-7 p.m. Saturday, April 26, at the California Nutrition Center. Menu includes fried fish, potato wedges, hush puppies, baked beans, cole slaw and homemade dessert. Cost is $9 in advance and $10 at the door for adults and $4/$5 for children ages 6-12.
