The Jamestown Eagles varsity baseball team hosted Otterville March 25, where they captured a 23-1 win in five innings.
Jamestown led 3-1 after one inning, 10-1 after two, 17-1 after three, and 23-1 after four innings on the way to the win.
Evan Knierim recorded the win with seven strikeouts. Alex Gerlach pitch two innings of relief, and recorded six strikeouts.
Colton DeVore led Jamestown hits with a triple, a double and four RBI. Ethan Hunziker and Andrew Nott each had a double, a single and two RBI. Ben Gerlach and Christian DeVore each had a single and two RBI, while Andy Thompson chipped in with a triple and one RBI.
Jamestown will host Russellville at 5 p.m. Thursday.
