Session I: June 2-13; Session II: June 16-27; Session III: July 7-18; Session IV: July 21-Aug. 1. Times for sessions are: 8 a.m., 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Sessions for preschool and preschool plus: Session I: June 2-23, Monday evenings; Session II: July 7-28, Monday evenings.

• Youth Baseball and Softball

• City of California Pool
The cost for admission is $1.
Schedule for April 2014: Lap Swim - Tuesday and Thursday, 6-8 p.m.; Water Aerobics - Sunday, 5 p.m. and Thursday, 6 p.m.; Open Swim - Saturday and Sunday, 1-5 p.m.; Red Cross Lifeguard Training - April 30-May 4.
If interested in hosting a private party or planning to bring a group larger than 15 people to open swim, please contact the Parks and Recreation Dept. at 573-796-2968.
• Pitch Hit & Run
Saturday, May 3. Registration starts at 10 a.m. with competition to begin at 10:30 a.m. at the California Sports Complex #3 (high school baseball field).
This competition is open to youth ages 7-14. There is no cost to participate, however, proof of age must be presented at registration.
PITCH = Throw strikes to a designated target. HIT = Hit from a stationary batting tee for distance and accuracy. RUN = Sprint from second base to home plate for time.
