Moniteau County 911 board meets

The Moniteau County 911 Emergency Dispatch Center Board of Directors monthly meeting was Dec. 11. The board approved the Nov. 13 minutes, the treasurer's report, bills and payroll, and the 2015 budget as presented.

The board also approved the replication of the main server to the backup server.

Administrator Corey Sullivan reported Geo-Comm project is on track and boundaries are starting to be confirmed. It may be another three weeks before the project goes to the maintenance side of Geo-Comm.

Century-Link returned to the center to install lightning protection on the office phones.

John Kay addressed the board regarding consideration of developing the parking lot on the east side of the 911 Center in 2015.

According to the treasurer's report, sales tax received was $84,190.23. The MMDA account balance as of Dec. 9 was $504,829.80. The CD balance was about $187,700 as of Nov. 30. The total payroll was: Nov. 19 - $8,377.08; Dec. 4 - $7,963.59. Overall payroll taxes were $6,145.05. Total accounts payable approved at the meeting amounted to $21,799.19.

The next monthly meeting is 6 p.m. Jan. 15, 2015, at the 911 Center.
