Burke Andrew Brant is the son of Sam and Barbara Brant.

Burke is a three sport athlete, and his favorite school activities are DECA and Spanish Club.

His proudest honors are obtaining an undefeated pitching record his junior year and reaching the semifinals in football his junior and senior years.

Burke's favorite high school memories are of playing baseball, football and basketball with his teammates. "I am going to miss playing sports the most."

"Mrs. Barr's English classes have been the most beneficial because they have prepared me for college courses," Burke said.

Outside of school he is a member of the Annunciation Catholic Church.

"I will miss the small town atmosphere of California," Burke said.

Burke plans to graduate in the spring and attend the University of Missouri in the fall.

Ian Michael Brauner is the son of Pam and Stan Brauner.

Ian's favorite school activities are NHS, FFA, and trapshooting.

"Ag classes have been the most beneficial for me because it was the class that I had the most fun in," said Ian.

His proudest honors include earning his green hand and placing at the state trapshooting meet.

Outside of school he works at Nathan's Tire.

"I will miss my easy life because it will change completely after I graduate and move on," said Ian.

Ian plans to graduate from CHS in the spring and attend Linn Tech for diesel mechanics.

John Matthew Wolken is the son of Ken and Paula Wolken.

John's favorite school activities are FFA, Sounds of Joy, and golf. A particularly memorable event was the 2013 district golf tournament.

His proudest honors include being first in his class all four years, being on varsity golf team, and attending Boys State.

"Mrs. Barr's English class has been the most beneficial because she has helped me prepare for college," said John.

John will miss the size of CHS and his friends. "I have grown up with most of my friends and have great memories with them," said John.

Outside of school John is involved with 4-H and the Senior High Youth Fellowship at United Church of Christ. John is an employee at C&R Supermarket.

John plans to graduate in the spring and attend the University of Missouri for Civil/Environmental Engineering.

Abby Elizabeth Luekenotte is the daughter of Brian and Teresa Luekenotte.

Favorite school activities include chamber choir, volleyball, and math team.

"My favorite memory is going to Six Flags with the Sounds of Joy my sophomore year," said Abby.

Her proudest achievements include earning the chance to attend the state music contest, getting a lead in the musical in the fall of her senior year, and earning second team all-conference and all-district in volleyball.

Abby said, "Pre-calculus with Mrs. Nelson was my most challenging class, and I feel like she did a good job in preparing me for college level classes."

She lists singing in Sounds of Joy and putting on the musical every year as what she will most about school.

Outside of school she is a member of First Baptist Church in California, tutors math in Jefferson City, and works at Lutz and Stenquist, D.D.S., P.C.

"I will miss the tight-knit community and the way we come together to support each other the most," said Abby.

Abby plans to graduate in the spring and attend the University of Missouri to major in Biochemistry.
