The California Pintos hosted Blair Oaks for Senior Night Thursday, where they lost a close contest, and the Tri-County Conference title, to the Lady Falcons, 63-60.
Had California won, the Lady Pintos would be sharing the title with Blair Oaks.
California's JV defeated Blair Oaks 32-31, while the freshman Lady Pintos lost 43-26.
California (16-8 and 5-2 in conference) will play Eugene at 7:30 p.m. Monday night in the first round of the Class 3 District 8 Tournament at Blair Oaks High School, Wardsville, while Blair Oaks (18-7 and 7-0) will play Hallsville at 9 p.m. Monday in the same tourney.
