"An Impeccable Larceny' presented at Finke

Fun and fainting was the order of events at the Historic Finke Theatre this weekend as the Finke Players presented "An Impeccable Larceny", a two-act play written by Mara Dresner. The audience was invited to the Weddington's country home where a jewelry heist was taking place. The twists and turns of this comedy kept them guessing until the end. All local talent makes the play a hit with the community each year and this year was no exception.

The Weddington's were played by the always talented Dennis Donley and Pam Green.

They were assisted by a butler, Aaron Brown; a maid, Fallon Muir; a priest, Nathaniel Donley; and an under butler, Jeff Shackleford. The play was directed this year by Carolyn Miller with special assistance by Audie Cline.

The Finke Theatre performs a play as part of its season each June and the community always supports this event for which the cast says "Thank You".

The Finke takes a break in its season for the months of July and August and the new season begins in September. Watch for upcoming information on what the new season holds and plan now on supporting the arts in the community by attending the Finke Theatre for each event.
