Fun and fainting was the order of events at the Historic Finke Theatre this weekend as the Finke Players presented "An Impeccable Larceny", a two-act play written by Mara Dresner. The audience was invited to the Weddington's country home where a jewelry heist was taking place. The twists and turns of this comedy kept them guessing until the end. All local talent makes the play a hit with the community each year and this year was no exception.
The Weddington's were played by the always talented Dennis Donley and Pam Green.
They were assisted by a butler, Aaron Brown; a maid, Fallon Muir; a priest, Nathaniel Donley; and an under butler, Jeff Shackleford. The play was directed this year by Carolyn Miller with special assistance by Audie Cline.
The Finke Theatre performs a play as part of its season each June and the community always supports this event for which the cast says "Thank You".
