The Lake Area Community Orchestra will be staging one of its free Summer Concerts at Versailles Royal Theatre Tuesday, July 22, beginning at 7 p.m. Community members and visitors are cordially invited.
The 45 participants range in age from high school to the 70's and come from many communities surrounding the Lake of the Ozarks including Vesailles.
The concert should be of interest to young and old alike and includes marches, show tunes, a tribute to President Lincoln, and I Got Plenty o' Nuttin' with Rachel Wyss, an Eldon music teacher from Russellville, as vocalist. And a finish with a rousing John Philip Sousa's Stars and Stripes Forever.
