Inspired Designs has moved two doors down and hosted a grand opening Friday and Saturday, March 25-26. The store is now located on the corner of Smith and Oak across from Central Bank.

It is still the perfect place to shop for home decor, baskets, frames, floral arrangements, home-made gifts, as well as a variety of infant and toddler items. However, owners, Kimberly Scheidt and Sharon Leeper have added a new twist with addition of a beautiful tea room. They are serving coffee, hot and cold tea, smoothies and snacks with a very welcoming seating area. The new drinks have been a huge success according to Scheidt who purchases her coffee locally from Three Story Coffee, Jefferson City.

According to Scheidt they have doubled their floor space making shopping much easier and they have great parking on both streets, as well as public restrooms.

The tea room is available for rent for bridal/baby showers, tea parties, meetings or any other event one would like to host.

The store is open to the public Monday and Fridays 6:30 - 10 a.m., and Saturdays 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
