Pintos participate in Tri-County Conference Golf Tournament, Centralia Invitational

EUGENE - California finished fourth with a score a score of 372 in the Tri-County Conference Golf Tournament at Redfield Golf Club Wednesday, April 22. Blair Oaks won the event with a 323, Southern Boone placed second and Osage was third with scores of 343 and 361, respectively.

The Pintos edged Eldon by four strokes and Warsaw by seven.

Dylan Kramel and Liam Schatzer finished in the top 10, with scores of 90 each, tied for 10th. Kale McAdams carded a 94 for 18th place, Kade McAdams scored a 98 and Shaw shot a 104 to complete the Pintos scoring.

Kramel and Schatzer earned All-Conference honors, given to the top-10 golfers.

38 golfers participated in the tournament.

Earlier in the week, the Pintos participated in the Centralia Invitational Monday, April 20, finishing tied for third place with Louisiana with a score of 357. In total, 11 schools and 54 golfers completed in the event.

Palmyra first first, carding a 328 and Centralia shot a 348 for second. Noah Wilson of Palmyra earned medalist honors, shooting a 76.

Kramel finished in the top 10, tied for seventh with two other golfers, carding an 84. Schatzer carded an 89, placing 13th, and Kade McAdams scored a 91 for 18th place.

Damon Shaw carded a 93, good for 22nd, and Kale McAdams placed 32th with a 103.
