This is an important meeting with as much input as possible needed for the membership to work on plans to move in a different direction in the coming year.
"It is imperative we have as many members of our organization there as possible as we need to decide on the direction we want to take the organization now that we are without an Economic Developer," said Chairman Mike Kelley. "I think our county is poised for growth, with the designation as an Enhanced Enterprise Zone and in a position to show company's we have a qualified workforce that could step into any position they have, we are starting to get noticed."
"It is my hope in the coming year to move our website to a new host that will allow us to do some video on it, start a monthly newsletter, and have a newspaper article at least a couple times a month. Couple that with a marketing campaign directed towards company's looking to relocate or expand, and we will be getting noticed a lot."
