Southern Boone County Public Library, Ashland: Delayed opening at 1 p.m. Monday.
Stephens College, Columbia: closed Monday and classes canceled.

University of Missouri: Monday classes canceled and Columbia campus closed. For details see mualert.missouri.edu. Student services: campus dining open, Mizzou Rec open, Student Center open. Admissions will be conducting tours as scheduled. Health services: All MU hospitals open, teaching hospital open.

Missouri Legislature: Senate won't convene until 4 p.m. Tuesday. The Missouri House is calling off all of Monday's committee hearings.
