Moniteau County 911 board meets

The Moniteau County 911 Emergency Dispatch Center Board of Directors monthly meeting was Jan. 15. The board approved the Dec. 11, 2014, minutes and the treasurer's report. The board approved sending four dispatchers to the Missouri Communications Conference March 28 - April 1, in St. Louis.

Administrator Corey Sullivan reported contact with Geo-Comm about updates to dispatch computers. These updates will be in a few weeks with the information already updated and corrected with the map. The current work is correcting and updating information on the structures in the county.

The backup server project has been started, with everything necessary to continue the network connection having been received

According to the treasurer's report, sales tax received was $65,064.66. The MMDA account balance as of Jan. 13 was $505,445.40. The CD balance was about $187,700 as of Dec. 31. The total payroll was: Dec. 17 - $8,564.64; Dec. 31 - $9,507.87. Overall payroll taxes were $7,829.04. Total accounts payable approved at the meeting amounted to $33,229.37.

The next monthly meeting is 6 p.m. Feb. 12, at the 911 Center.
