Wednesday, July 8, at 8 a.m., the City of California will start filling the west water tower with water. The new tower, which is near the California High School, has a volume of 600,000 gallons. During the filling process, which could take multiple days, customers may experience fluctuations in water pressure and discoloration of drinking water.
