Please make your reservation for the Annual Moniteau County Historical Society dinner now. An old fashioned Thanksgiving meal will be served at St. Paul's Lutheran Church on Nov. 9. The price is $11 and reservations need to be made by Oct. 30 by calling Dolores Burger at 573-796-2220.
The speaker for the evening is Mary Collins Barlie, author of "Haunted Boonslick: Ghosts, Ghouls, and Monsters of Missouri's Heartland." A raffle drawing will also be held and this year's Spirit of Manito Award will be announced.
