Two Mid-Missouri men, one from Holts Summit and the other from California, were arrested Wednesday on drug charges, Lt. Clay Chism of the Callaway County Sheriff's Office said.

James Niederhelm, 39, of Holts Summit, and Zacharey Martin, 25, of California, were arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail, Chism said.
Niederhelm was booked on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted a $5,000 bond and was released pending court appearance.
Martin was booked on charges of possession of meth. He posted a $4,500 bond and was released pending court appearance.
The investigation is ongoing and further charges are possible, Chism said.
