Three arrested in Moniteau County drug incidents

Three people were arrested Tuesday for possession of methamphetamine in two separate incidents in Moniteau County.

A deputy was traveling on U.S. 50 just outside California when a vehicle crossed the center line of the roadway, almost hitting the deputy, according to sheriff's department reports.

The deputy stopped the vehicle, which was driven by Angeline Villarreal, 24, of Tipton. Villarreal gave consent to search the vehicle, and deputies seized methamphetamine.

Later Tuesday, deputies stopped a vehicle in California on a resident's report of suspicious activity on Route O.

Upon checking the vehicle and occupants, deputies located methamphetamines and took two subjects into custody: Michael Wolf, 35, of Tipton, and Dyani Martinez, 20, of Clarksburg.

As of Thursday, all three individuals were being held on $25,000 bond in the Moniteau County Jail.
