Felony charges filed

Daniel Kendall Buie III, born 1970, felony forcible sodomy of child under 12 years of age. This charge relates to incidents alleged to have occurred three to five years before the charge was filed.

Eric S. Miller, born 1981, Class D felony possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid.

Robert D. Bittle, born 1966, Class D felony possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid. Two misdemeanor charges also filed - possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia - prior drug offense.

Katelyn Elizabeth Ekstam, born 1993, Class D felony possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid.
