Felony charges filed
Christopher Lee Salzman, 29, Versailles, felony charges of Class A domestic assault, first degree, serious physical injury and Class B abuse or neglect of a child involving serious emotional or physical injury. These charges were filed as a result of incidents in February, in which the defendant allegedly seriously injured a 2-month-old infant.
Steven Layne Fairfax Jr., 39, Bunceton, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid. Two misdemeanor counts were also filed - unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and resisting/interfering with arrest, detention or stop.
Carla Hemlin, 34, Class D felony delivery of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.
Simon Paul Michael, 47, California, Class D felony driving while intoxicated-aggravated.
