A Bland man is facing several drug-related charges after a weekend traffic stop in Osage County.
Deputies arrested Steven Brandon, 27, late Saturday evening for possession of a controlled substance, according to sheriff's department reports.
Deputies saw Brandon sitting inside a vehicle at the commuter parking lot near Rich Fountain, and when they searched the vehicle, they found loaded firearms, a large amount of methamphetamine, marijuana and another substance believed to be Hashish.
As of Monday, he was being held on a no-bond warrant in the Osage County Jail, and formal charges were pending with the prosecuting attorney.
