The Student Leadership Team at Russellville plays a huge role in all of the activities and events in the school.

At the beginning of each year, there is a voting process to elect all of the members and officers. Each class votes for three representatives and a class president to be a part of the team.

As a team, we are responsible for planning homecoming, getting advice and ideas from the student body, and making sure our school is the best that it can be.

Russellville also has a Teacher Leadership Team that has many of the same responsibilities. Our two teams meet together on occasion and discuss what we're doing, and what we need to get done.

One of the goals that we have for this year is to create a more positive and comfortable environment at Russellville. Our Teacher Leadership Team has created a goal to increase the overall enjoyment of our school's culture by at least 20% by the end of the year.

Both of our teams already have so many great plans for the school year, and we should only see improvement from here.
