The Fulton man sought by police following an armed burglary has been arrested, Fulton Police Department Sgt. D.B. McGrath confirmed.
Harley Walls, 24, was arrested Tuesday for first-degree burglary, second-degree domestic assault, second-degree assault, armed criminal action and second-degree property damage.
A resident tipped off police about spotting Walls at a local gas station, McGrath said. Officers arrived and took Walls into custody without incident.
Police were seeking Walls in connection with a reported armed burglary that took place Monday at a residence on Hawk Lake Drive. The two victims inside the house told police Walls had broken into their residence and threatened to kill them with a knife.
The suspect, identified as Walls, fled on foot as police arrived.
Walls is being held at the Callaway County Jail without bond.
