Incumbents win Russellville school board seats

RUSSELLVILLE - Two incumbents - James Case and Shawn Ehrhardt - will remain on the Russellville school board.

Unofficial results from Cole and Moniteau counties showed 463 votes cast in Tuesday's municipal election. Results have not been certified.

Case, who received 181 votes (39 percent), is completing his first three-year term. He said he was seeking re-election to continue the work the board has done so far.

"It was a good race, and I'm proud to serve the community for three more years," said Case, who has a freshman in the district.

Ehrhardt, who is currently board president, received 160 votes (34.56 percent).

After serving for six years, he said he believes the school has done great so far.

Challenger Elaine Buschjost received 122 votes (26.35 percent). She was not available for comment Tuesday night.
