State park to host Row with a Ranger

Ha Ha Tonka State Park will be hosting a kayaking event called Row with a Ranger on July 21.

The event, has limited space of 10-12 participants, will at 10 a.m and will convene at Ha Ha Tonka Spring access parking lot.

This course is not an instructional course, but rather an informative easy-going trip. Experience is not required, and equipment will be provided to attendees with no charge. Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment if they prefer, as long as they provide a kayak, life jacket and paddle.

Participants may sign up on the park website at mostateparks.com/park/ha-ha-tonka-state-park. In the event of severe weather, rangers may postpone or cancel the event.
