Just about 30 cars of all shapes, models and colors made it into the Jamestown Labor Day Celebration Car Show Aug. 31. 

The first of many softball games at the Jamestown tournament also was in full swing.

While the car show wrapped up, and a slew of new activities were gearing up for action, teams of local softball enthusiasts hit the field for the Jamestown Labor Day Celebration.

Just after the Aug. 31, 2019, Jamestown Labor Day Celebration Car Show, a select few participants laid down the pipes at East Row Street and set up loud burnouts for their audience to enjoy.

Dreary weather didn't deter Rigley Abbott's Jamestown Labor Day celebration; the pool was open and that was good enough for her.
