Teachers attended the CCAA Conference Professional Development Day Aug. 12.
Teachers there took part in meetings that included: Dyslexia Training, Boys in Crisis, Bullying and Social Media, Emotional Poverty, Positive Classroom Environment, Motivation in the Classroom, Google Basics, School Safety, Chromebook, classrooms IEP's, MSHSAA 101, Youth Mental Health, and Concussion Symptoms and procedures to follow. Teachers chose four sessions to attend and had a full day of PD and Collaboration with teachers for grade level meetings to discuss student success in their classrooms.
