Special guest Charlie Roll spoke briefly to the California Progress, Inc. (CPI) Board of Directors at its regular monthly meeting Tuesday, April 19, at the Wood Place Public Library, second floor.
Roll, who will serve as the "Wine, Dine and Win" fundraiser master of ceremonies, discussed the upcoming event and answered questions.
