The Moniteau County Fair Kiddie Tractor Pull was held Aug. 1 at Sappington Arena, where area youth competed for the longest tractor pull in their weight category. (A "full pull" is 48 feet. A "pull-off" is a tie-breaker.) Following are the final results of the tractor pull.
Up to 49 lbs. - First place, Colin Althoff, who had a full pull the first time and a full pull in the pull-off; second place, Brayden Hallford, who had a full pull the first time and 35 1/4 in the pull-off; and third place, Gavin Porter, 44.
50-75 lbs. - First place, Brandon Huhmann, 42; second place, Garrett Swearingen, 38 1/2; and third place, Brooklyn Bax, 38.
76-100 lbs. - First place, Kyle Riley, who had a full pull the first time and 38 1/4 in the pull-off; second place, Liam Glenn, who had a full pull the first time and 30 1/2 in the pull-off; and third place, Hannah Hill, 41 1/4.
100 lbs. or more - First place, Kent Riley, full pull; second place, Jacob Wolken, 44; and third place, Dustin Furgeson, 42 1/2.
