Snow Storm Contributes to Fire Hydrant Damage

There were three "unexpected occurrences" reported by the California Water Department in a very short time, according to Kyle Wirts, supervisor of the water and wastewater departments.

According to information provided at the Monday, Feb. 7, California City Council meeting, the first occurrence was when an eight-inch water main on Crystal Lane split.
