Louie Moyers, pastor at Jamestown Baptist Church, felt being a pastor was his first calling when he was 19 years old.
"I felt it was a calling from the Lord on my heart," Moyers said. "It was not something I would have chosen to do, but I am awfully glad I have had the opportunity. The more I read scripture and pray the more I felt God was calling me to serve. I have had a good ministry and been blessed. I have had good churches to pastor at with great people. I have had a solid Bible education. I think being a pastor is a joy to do."
