This year, California R-1 School District will be having kindergarten registration on April 26, 2011, from 3-7 p.m. in the Elementary School cafeteria. This is for district children who are five years of age before Aug. 1, 2011. By state law there is no early entry. No screenings will be held this year. Parents are asked to come on April 26 to fill out the enrollment packet in order to enroll their child for kindergarten for the 2011-2012 school year. More information will be available closer to date of registration.
