At the regular monthly meeting of the Mid-Mo Ambulance District Board of Directors Wednesday, July 13, the public hearing to set the tax levy rate was set for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, at the Tipton district office. All board members were present for the meeting.
The public hearing will be held prior to the regular monthly meeting, which is set for 7 p.m. on the same day.
The June treasurer's report was presented with a balance of funds on hand of $538,209.64.
Administrator Lee Kempf presented the board with the district's Code of Ethics, which requires renewal every two years. The measure was adopted as presented.
