With 112 voters casting ballots in the Moniteau R-V (Latham) School Board Special Election, the decision of the final member of the school board was made by 26.86 percent of the 417 registered voters in the district.
The final tally gives Dee Irey the seat on the Board with 63 votes to 49 for Paul Meloy. The two tied in the regular election, requiring the special election.
