Newly elected members of the Cole County R-I School Board for the 2011-2012 School Year help break ground on the new track and parking lot to be built over the course of approximately 120 days to be completed by late fall Tuesday, May 31; from left, is 2010 Russellville Grad and Lady Indian State Track Champion Sarah Koestner, Randy Koestner (secretary), William Kautsch (vice president/treasurer), Doug Morrow (member), Kris Kirchner (president), Jim Campbell (member), Mike Bungart (member), Mark Thompson (member) and Cole County R-I School District Superintendent Jerry Hobbs.
