Zoey Borts, 12 months, daughter of Anthony and Jesse Borts, Jamestown, can hardly contain her excitement as she crawls to the finish line at the Diaper Derby Saturday morning on the post office lawn at the Ham & Turkey Festival. Zoey was the first place winner in the girls division. The Diaper Derby is hosted annually by Preferred Land Title Insurance Agency.
